Check In / Check Out Times

Check In: 3:00 PM / Check Out: 10:00 AM Central Time.

After 5:00 pm, arrival packages will be in the lockbox located to the right of the front door at Gwin Realty. The combo is on your confirmation. Also, you can call 800-647-0077 for after-hours check-in instructions. We require prepayment is for arrivals after 5:00 pm. Office hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am – 2:00 pm, Central Time.

Check In Location
Check-in at the office of Gwin Realty, 5731 Peavine Road, Crossville. We are on Peavine Road approximately 6 miles north of I40 (exit 322) on the left.
Payment

Coordinator guarantees payment of balance due.

Housekeeping

All Gwin Realty rental units are set up for normal housekeeping. This includes a startup supply of toilet paper and soap. Your responsibilities include leaving the property reasonably clean with no damage. Also, leaving kitchen items (dishes, cookware, etc) clean and returned to their proper place. Please dispose of all trash in proper outside containers.

Furnishings

All Gwin’s vacation properties are privately owned and we decorate to each owner’s individual tastes. Because of this, the decor, style, color themes, and inventory will vary. All units come furnished with a microwave, VCR, linens, towels, dishes, cookware, coffee pot, and toasters.

Cleaning Service
For your maximum vacation privacy and enjoyment, there is no daily maid service. However, extra cleaning service is available for a fee.
Deposit/Cancellation
  • $100.00 deposit due from coordinator immediately (before booking tee times/accommodations).

  • $100.00 deposit due per person within 30 days of booking.

  • Absolutely no changes to golf package Dates, Tee Times or package Number attending 15 days prior to check in.

  • We forfeit Golf Package deposits unless rebooked within one year of cancellations. We charge a $35.00 administration fee for rebooking dates. Policy refers to the package as a whole. NO individual refunds (see below).

  • Individual deposits will be forfeited unless substituted.

  • Absolutely NO REFUNDS (8) days prior to arrival date.

  • Some exceptions may apply.

  • No refund of greens fees unless a rain check is presented.

  • There will be an extra cleaning charge for any excessive cleaning needed to any condo. Person booking the package is responsible for this charge.

Checking Out

Please return your keys to the Gwin Realty office upon leaving. Strip all beds that you use, load the dishwasher, check the thermostat (60 for winter, 80 for summer). Also, dispose of trash. Unless you made prior arrangements, we charge a $25.00 per hour late charge for late departures.

Guest Cards

Fairfield Glade is a semi-private resort. We will provide Guest Cards if you plan to use Fairfield Glade amenities i.e., pools. Guest Cards are not necessary if you are just golfing. Please provide names if you need Guest Cards.

Internet Access

Internet service available in most units.
